1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the ServiceZoid software and all related services provided by EschSoftware.
2. Subject of the Agreement
ServiceZoid is a mobile application for creating service reports, calculations, and managing field service operations. The software is provided as a subscription service.
3. User Account
To use ServiceZoid, registration with a valid email address is required. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Subscription and Payment
ServiceZoid offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Users can cancel their subscription at any time.
5. Data Storage
User data is stored securely on cloud servers. Users retain ownership of their data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
6. Limitation of Liability
EschSoftware is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, system failures, or improper use of the software. Liability for gross negligence and willful misconduct remains unaffected.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, user data can be exported within 30 days before deletion.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Trier, Germany.
